It is an ideal setting for curious, business-minded individuals who want to build skills in digital media and production.Role Description The Video Editor Intern role is a freelance, online position based in Dubai. The intern will edit podcast episodes for YouTube, including trimming footage, synchronizing audio and video, and adding graphics or motion elements as needed. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, assembling rough and final cuts, applying basic color grading, and ensuring visual consistency across episodes. The intern will collaborate closely with the production team to align visuals with the podcast’s brand, optimize videos for online platforms, and meet release deadlines. The role offers practical experience in end-to-end video production within a fast-paced, student-led media environment. This is not a paid internshipQualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of filming workflows.Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and audio synchronization.Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements.Familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and comfort working in a collaborative team setting.Interest in business, podcasts, and digital media; prior project or portfolio work in video is an advantage.
