Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up and adjusting lighting, capturing footage for courses and promotional materials, and collaborating with trainers and the marketing team to translate educational concepts into engaging visual content. The role also involves organizing and archiving video assets, coordinating schedules for shoots, and ensuring all outputs align with brand and educational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Strong skills in video production and shooting video for educational and promotional purposes.Proficiency in camera operation, including setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of camera equipment.Ability to design and implement effective lighting setups for indoor and outdoor video shoots.Experience using professional video cameras and related gear in studio and on-location environments.Hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics is highly beneficial.Solid understanding of sound recording for video, framing, composition, and visual storytelling techniques.Ability to collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and marketing staff, and to communicate clearly in a multicultural environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience creating educational or corporate training videos is a plus; familiarity with the Saudi market is advantageous.
