The Video Presenter will host training segments, explain course topics clearly, and engage audiences in a professional, approachable manner. Daily tasks include preparing scripts or talking points, rehearsing key messages, collaborating with instructional designers and marketing teams, and recording video sessions using provided guidelines and brand standards. The role also involves giving feedback on visuals, participating in content reviews, and adjusting delivery style based on audience and platform requirements. The Video Presenter is expected to maintain a consistent on-camera presence, meet production deadlines, and support the institute’s mission of delivering high-quality, accessible training.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong on-camera communication skills, including clear articulation, confident presentation, and the ability to explain complex topics in simple, engaging language.Candidates should possess skills in script reading and preparation, such as following structured talking points, adapting scripts to a natural speaking style, and collaborating on script improvements.Candidates should possess basic technical proficiency, including comfort with video recording tools, remote collaboration platforms, and following production guidelines for lighting, sound, and framing.Candidates should possess professional conduct and reliability, including punctuality, responsiveness in a remote work setting, and the ability to meet deadlines and production schedules.Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and audiences.Fluency in spoken English is required; ability to present in Arabic or other languages is a plus.Prior experience in presenting, teaching, training, acting, or hosting video content is highly beneficial.A background in education, media, communication, business, or a related field is advantageous but not strictly required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
