Video Producer

We are looking for a Producer to join our video production team. The Producer is involved across all stages of production — pre-production, production, and post-production — and acts as the connecting thread between all team members, and between the client and the team, ensuring projects run smoothly from first client conversation to final delivery.ResponsibilitiesPre-productionCommunicate with clients and manage client relationships throughout the projectPrepare budgets/estimates and monitor budget controlSource, assemble, and manage the production crewBuild project timelines and monitor execution against themArrange rental of locations, equipment, sets/props, etc.ProductionWork on set on shooting daysOrganize logistics on locationMonitor and control timing on setResolve issues as they arise on the dayPost-productionPrepare the brief for the post-production teamEnsure the edit follows the brief throughout post-productionReview the material before it goes to the clientDeliver final materials to the clientOversee project sign-off and closureRequirementsFluent English and RussianDutch is a plusFlexibility and availability to stay engaged at different stages and times throughout the projectStrong problem-solving skills, including finding non-obvious solutionsHigh resilience to stress
