The role manages the visual and technical execution of content from shoot through final delivery, ensuring that every asset meets platform standards for framing, lighting, sound, motion, pacing, and overall visual quality.The Video Producer works closely with the Show Lead and Content Producers to translate creative concepts into compelling video content and delivers platform-native versions in line with the distribution plan.Duties & Responsibilities Shoot and edit high-quality video content to platform standards, ensuring strong framing, lighting, sound, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling.Work closely with the Show Lead and Content Producers to translate creative concepts, scripts, and narratives into effective visual content.Manage the end-to-end video production workflow from filming and footage intake through editing, review, revisions, and final delivery.Deliver platform-native cuts, including long-form episodes, short-form videos, reels, clips, teasers, and other assets, in line with the agreed distribution plan.Adapt video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms while maintaining the intended creative voice and storytelling.Select and organise footage, sound, graphics, music, motion elements, and other assets required for final production.Ensure appropriate use of framing, camera movement, lighting, sound design, transitions, graphics, and pacing to maximise audience engagement.Manage footage intake to NAS in accordance with the required naming and description standards, ensuring raw footage is properly named, organised, and stored once.Maintain a clear and organised archive of video assets and ensure files can be easily located and accessed by relevant teams.Review footage for technical and visual quality and flag any issues that may affect the final output.Collaborate with designers, motion graphics artists, editors, producers, and other creative teams to deliver polished and consistent content.Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining production schedules and delivery deadlines.Protect visual craft and technical quality across every asset, ensuring consistency with the show’s creative identity and brand standards.Stay current with emerging video formats, editing techniques, platform requirements, and digital storytelling trends.Support filming of interviews, events, explainers, shows, and other editorial or Originals content as required.Ensure all video content complies with editorial standards, brand guidelines, copyright requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory standards.QualificationAdvanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional software.Strong understanding of platform-native video formats and requirements, particularly YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.Strong understanding of pacing, motion, sound design, visual storytelling, and audience retention.Experience producing both long-form and short-form video content.Proven experience shooting and editing high-quality video content for digital and social platforms.Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, framing, composition, and video production workflows.Strong file-management and digital asset-management skills, including experience working with NAS or similar storage systems.Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to visual and technical quality.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Creative mindset with the ability to translate editorial and creative concepts into compelling visual stories.Experience in news, business, documentary, or creator-led content production is preferred.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in video production, editing, digital media, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in film, Television Production, Media, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
