Videographer & Content Creator

About the Role:EBFF, a 30-year-old industrial fertilizer producer exporting to 15+ international markets, is hiring a dedicated Videographer & Content Creator to build out its visual content presence. Concepts and direction will be provided — your job is to execute: shoot, capture, and edit high-quality video and photo content on-site at the factory. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or ideation role. What You'll Do: • Shoot video and photography on-site at the EBFF factory in Al Ain, executing concepts and briefs provided to you • Edit and deliver finished content — raw footage to final cut — within 24 hours of each shoot • Produce both industrial/B2B content (factory process, production, export operations) and social-ready short-form video (Reels, Shorts, and similar formats) • Maintain a consistent visual standard across all deliverables • Work from a dedicated desk at the factory, 6 days per week What We're Looking For: • Proven experience shooting with DSLR cameras • Working knowledge of video editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred, but any tool is acceptable as long as the output quality meets our standard • A portfolio or showreel demonstrating shot and edited work — required with application • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) • Valid driving license — required. The role is based in Al Ain; candidates based elsewhere must be able to commute daily • Dedicated, reliable, and a strong team player • Comfortable executing on direction rather than originating creative concepts • Available to start immediately Equipment:Candidates with their own camera and editing equipment are preferred. If you don't have your own gear, EBFF will provide it.
