The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing multiple brands across the UK, Amsterdam, USA and Dubai, all operating under the same holding group. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise performance and overall successRequirementsRequirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Video Shooter, Camera Operator, Video Editor, and Content CreatorTechnical Skills: Deep familiarity with professional camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment, with a track record of shooting in 4K and HD/1080pSoftware Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for writing high-quality copy and collaborating with global teamsAvailability: Must be an Immediate JoinerApplication Process & Next StepsApply: Submit your application with your resumeSkill Assessment: Once your application is received, a test link will be shared with you. Along with Portfolio, please share the Notice Period ,Current Salary and expected Salary⚠️ Please note: To move forward in the hiring process, you must complete the test and share your portfolio/showreel.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Produce engaging, informative, and regulatory-compliant video content tailored for various digital platforms (websites, vlogs, YouTube, social media, and email campaigns)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure medical/technical accuracy, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to align video content with seasonal promotions, eCommerce campaigns, and product launchesFull-Scale Video Production: Set up and manage on-site or remote shoots.
