Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-SiteIndustry: Medical and Aesthetic ClinicVideographer & Professional Video Editor (Female Preferred)We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our aesthetic medical center in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis.The ideal candidate should have professional filming and editing experience, with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit Reels, doctor and patient videos, interviews, testimonials, before-and-after content, treatment videos, and promotional campaigns.Manage the complete production process, from content planning and filming to final editing and delivery.Set up professional cameras, lighting, sound, and other production equipment.Perform advanced editing, including colour correction and grading, sound editing, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and effects.Adapt videos to the correct dimensions and formats for different social media platforms.Suggest creative, trend-driven content ideas that match the clinic’s professional image.Organize raw footage and project files while completing assignments within deadlines.Collaborate with doctors, clinic staff, and the marketing team.Support special shoots, events, campaigns, and clinic activities when required.RequirementsProven professional experience in videography and advanced video editing.Previous experience creating content for aesthetic clinics, medical centers, beauty, healthcare, wellness, or similar industries.Strong skills in short-form social media videos, interviews, promotional videos, and before-and-after content.Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, framing, camera angles, sound, and visual storytelling.Advanced knowledge of professional video-editing software.Ability to create modern, engaging, and trend-driven content.Must own a professional camera and the necessary filming equipment and accessories.Creative, organized, proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-paced environment.Flexibility with working hours for shoots, events, and special campaigns when required.Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time, on-site work.What We OfferCompetitive fixed salary.Professional and modern working environment.Opportunity to produce premium medical and aesthetic content.Supportive and creative team.Long-term position with career growth opportunities.
