Altura works with both local and international clients, offering tailored guidance at every stage of the property journey.About the RoleAltura Property Group is looking for a talented and versatile Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join our marketing team in Dubai. This role is responsible for producing high quality visual content that showcases our residential and commercial properties across digital and social platforms.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and branding, with experience creating engaging photography and video content for the real estate industry. You will work closely with the marketing team and sales agents to produce content that strengthens our brand and drives property enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off plan propertiesProduce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media contentEdit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and PhotoshopEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar softwareOperate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed)Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaignsStay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniquesManage multiple shoots and deliver high quality content within agreed deadlinesCoordinate shoot schedules directly with sales and leasing agentsRequirements2 to 5 years of proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally within real estate, interiors, or luxury lifestyle contentStrong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production work (please include a link when applying)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)Experience creating short form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeStrong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, framing, and visual storytellingAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsValid UAE driving license, as the role involves travelling to multiple property locations across DubaiDrone license (GCAA) is an advantage but not essentialWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to join a growing real estate brand and work alongside a collaborative marketing teamExposure to high end residential and commercial real estate projects across DubaiOngoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional developmentCareer progression opportunities based on performanceWhat We OfferPlease submit your CV along with a portfolio showcasing your photography and videography work.
