Role Description The Videographer & Photographer – Real Estate role at Khush & Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role involves planning and executing high-quality photo and video shoots for property listings, including interiors, exteriors, and neighborhood highlights. The individual will capture and edit visual content for online listings, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and effectively showcase properties. Daily tasks include coordinating shoot schedules with agents, preparing and setting up equipment and lighting, and delivering final edited content within agreed timelines. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop visual storytelling concepts that support lead generation and enhance client engagement.QualificationsProficiency in video production workflows, including planning, shooting, and post-production editing.Strong camera operation skills, including experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and related equipment.Ability to manage lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots to ensure high-quality visual output.Hands-on experience shooting video and still photography specifically for real estate or architectural subjects.Knowledge of video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) and basic color grading.Attention to detail, strong visual composition skills, and an understanding of framing, angles, and storytelling through imagery.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with agents and the marketing team.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple shoots, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant education or training in film, media, photography, or a related field is an advantage.Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for presenting real estate content is beneficial.
