The ideal candidate is skilled at operating high-end camera and audio equipment, has a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and can deliver polished, professional edits consistently. Comfortable working both indoors (studio/podcast setups) and outdoors for on-location shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality podcast content, managing multi-camera setups and audio recording for a professional, broadcast-ready lookOperate professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both indoor (studio/podcast) and outdoor shootsEdit and produce full podcast episodes — multi-camera cuts, audio syncing, and pacing that keeps viewers engagedPerform end-to-end video editing: color correction, color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphicsUtilize Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and visual effectsEdit in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar NLE) to a professional, industry-standard finishManage and maintain video/audio equipment, ensuring it's shoot-ready at all timesOrganize and archive raw footage, project files, and final deliverables systematicallyRequirementsProven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio/reel showcasing podcast or long-form editingStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related Adobe Creative Cloud toolsHands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording equipmentSolid track record editing podcasts, interviews, or talk-show style contentStrong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound for both indoor and outdoor environmentsExcellent attention to detail and a refined sense of pacing and visual storytellingSolid knowledge of color grading and audio mixingMust be based in Dubai and available for local outdoor/on-location shoots as neededNice to HaveExperience with motion graphics/animation beyond basic titlesFamiliarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels)Experience in healthcare, corporate, or podcast-focused productionKnowledge of color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive salary (AED 4,000–7,000/month, based on experience)Opportunity to work on diverse, creative projectsAccess to professional-grade equipment and toolsCollaborative, fast-paced work environment Interested candidates can apply with their portfolio/reel and resume directly via LinkedIn.
