Overseas applications will not be considered.About RUDORUDO is a growing Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, social media management, creative production, branding, and website development.We are looking for an experienced and creative Videographer & Video Editor with previous marketing agency experience who can independently plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for multiple brands across different industries.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Produce engaging Reels, Shorts, brand videos, interviews, and commercial content.Independently manage camera setup, lighting, audio, framing, and on-location shoots.Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and visual storytelling ideas.Edit footage with professional pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and subtitles.Create video content for marketing campaigns, brand launches, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams.Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Mandatory RequirementsCurrently residing in the UAE. Overseas applicants will not be considered.Minimum 2 years of professional videography and video editing experience.Previous experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency is mandatory.Proven ability to manage filming and post-production independently.Professional experience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and high-end smartphones.Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, and audio recording.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Experience producing commercial, branded, and short-form social media content.Ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.Good English communication skills.Professional portfolio/showreel featuring original filming and editing work is mandatory.Additional Skills — AdvantageAI video generation using Kling, Runway, or similar tools.Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.Professional photography and photo editing.Experience with real estate, corporate, hospitality, and luxury brands.Valid UAE driving licence.Important Before ApplyingUAE-based candidates only.Previous marketing agency experience is mandatory.CV and professional showreel are required.Immediate joiners will be prioritized.Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a practical shooting and editing assessment.RUDOReal.
