We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production. You will be responsible for filming and editing corporate events, multi-camera podcast sessions, and polished corporate brand videos. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for marketing campaigns, brand stories, social media, and digital ads. The Videographer and Editor will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand briefs, develop concepts, and ensure all video assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; capturing high-quality footage; editing videos, adding graphics and sound, and optimizing content for various platforms. The role also includes organizing footage, maintaining equipment, and contributing ideas to improve visual storytelling and content performance.Qualifications / RequirementsExperience: Proven experience in corporate video filming, event coverage, and studio/podcast recording.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Hands-on experience with Sony mirrorless systems, ATEM/live switchers, and wireless audio setup is a strong plus.Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both videography and editing capabilities.Strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling in a corporate context. Strong skills in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar tools).Experience creating content for digital marketing channels such as social media, websites, and online ads.Ability to develop visual concepts from marketing briefs and translate them into compelling video narratives.Attention to detail in editing, color correction, sound design, and post-production workflows.Strong organizational skills for managing files, project timelines, and multiple concurrent assignments.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.Relevant experience in videography, film, media, or marketing; a degree or diploma in a related field is an advantage.Knowledge of current content and social media trends, especially in brand and performance marketing.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesFilming & Production: Setup and operate multi-camera setups, lighting, and audio equipment for corporate events, podcasts, and executive interviews.Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality corporate videos, podcast episodes, and short-form social media clips (Reels/Shorts).Audio & Color: Perform basic color grading, sound mixing, multi-track audio sync, and graphic overlay integration.Workflow Management: Manage media offloading, file organization, and backup systems for efficient editing workflows.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a link to your portfolio/showreel showcasing your corporate event and podcast work.
