Videographer and Video Editor

Job description:Renowned Agency is looking for a full-time Videographer & Editor to join our creative team, working across a fast-moving roster of clients.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit both short-form content (reels, TikToks) and long-form video (event coverage, brand films, interviews) for multiple clientsTurn raw footage into scroll-stopping, on-brand edits — strong pacing, sound design/SFX, motion graphics, and light VFX where needed, not just cutting clips togetherColor grade and correct footage for a consistent, premium look across clientsMix and clean audio — dialogue, voiceover, and music balance, not just adding effectsShoot on both professional camera equipment and smartphone, depending on the brief and settingPlan shots and storyboard ahead of shoots when neededStyle captions/subtitles and export content correctly for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)Work from approved briefs and technical specs, and deliver on time, every timeManage footage and deliverables through Frame.ioCollaborate closely with the account team to keep content aligned with each client's voice

Requirements

Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video (portfolio or reel required)Strong command of editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (for motion graphics/VFX)Experience with color grading (DaVinci Resolve or similar)Confident shooting on camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and on phoneComfortable handling on-set gear, mics, LED lighting, gimbals/stabilizersFluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)Comfortable filming on location — events, interviews, action/sports settingsReliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented — you take briefs seriously and hit first-pass approvalBased in or able to relocate to Dubai, UAE; valid UAE driving license is a plusSkills: Videography, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, VFX, Color Grading, Audio Mixing, Sound Design, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Social Media Content, Photography, Drone Videography, Arabic, English
