This is an artistic role for a storyteller who conceptualizes compositions, moves fluidly between complex lighting structures, and treats environments as a canvas.This is an agile, multi-terrain role rather than a fixed broadcast studio position. You will execute indoor, outdoor, and remote field assignments—frequently operating independently as a single-person crew handling camera, audio acquisition, and lighting elements. We require an artist with multi-format fluency, and an uncompromised eye for modern visual aesthetics.Key ResponsibilitiesCinematic Acquisition: Plan and film high-impact indoor, outdoor, and field segments utilizing a wide spectrum of setups, including cinema packages mirrorless bodies, gimbals, specialized tracking systems, and vertical digital layouts.Visual Direction & Narrative: Treat lighting, frame movement, and lens depth as narrative tools; deliver dynamic composition setups with or without formal creative briefs.Field Audio & Lighting Management: Design multi-point lighting schemes for ambient, studio, and field environments; capture studio-grade wireless, lavalier, and shotgun audio sequences cleanly.Rapid Deployment & Rigging: Efficiently configure, balance, strike, and safely package specialized camera packages and support infrastructure under dynamic, fast-moving environmental changes.Creative Alignment: Coordinate tightly with the Director , the producers, and on-camera hosts to ensure visual consistency matches the verified brand playbook.Cloud Field Delivery: Log, back up, and ingest multi-camera media pipelines securely; utilize remote acceleration file-transfer systems (e.g., Frame.io Camera-to-Cloud, LiveU, or secure FTP drops) for fast delivery to post-production hubs.QualificationPortfolio Excellence: A verified professional showreel demonstrating advanced range in visual pacing, directional lighting control, and multi-lens mastery.Camera System Fluency: Expert technical knowledge of cinema platforms, sensor configurations, exposure calibration (Log formats), and digital storage workflows.Autonomy: Proven ability to operate as a completely self-sufficient visual team, managing composition, illumination, and audio tracks cleanly.Post-Production Familiarity: Functional baseline knowledge of professional NLE systems (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) to render quick rough-cuts or clip-selections when workflow pipelines demand fast turnarounds.Language Metrics: Native-level fluency in Arabic with strong operational business English.
