Job Title: Media Specialist – Photography, Videography & EditingLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for a talented and reliable Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time, office-based role that also involves frequent off-site shoots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, and editing for properties, corporate branding, team members, meetings, and company events.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, team members, corporate activities, and events.Edit and enhance images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Create engaging short-form videos using CapCut.Organize and manage media files efficiently.Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for digital and social media platforms.Ensure all shoots are completed professionally and on schedule.Travel to various shoot locations across the UAE as required.Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines.RequirementsCurrently based in the UAE.Farsi Language proficiency Minimum 2 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and media editing.Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.Valid UAE driving license.Good command of English.Hands-on experience with:Adobe LightroomAdobe PhotoshopCapCutAbility to work full-time in an office environment while attending off-site shoots and occasional company events.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in portrait photography.Own vehicle for transportation.Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.Own professional photography and/or videography equipment.Experience using AI-powered editing tools or automated creative workflows.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month.Employment visa.Medical insurance.Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.Airfare allowance.Performance-based quarterly and annual incentives.Other company benefits in line with internal policies.Application RequirementsInterested candidates should submit:Updated CVPortfolio link or relevant work samples📩 jobs@elitehrconsultancy.com📱 WhatsApp: https://wa.me/971551226879🌐 www.elitehrconsultancy.com
