The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that showcases properties, developments, and brand stories for marketing and promotional use. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing onsite footage, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with campaign goals. The role also involves editing and refining video content, organizing media assets, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling, including familiarity with professional video and DSLR/mirrorless equipment.Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Shooting Video, including setting up indoor and outdoor lighting for high-quality footage.Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic sound design is beneficial.Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of real estate or architectural videography are preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is an advantage.
