Key Responsibilities1. On-Site Production & CinematographyArchitectural Cinematography: Plan and execute high-end video shoots across Dubai’s most elite properties, capturing the scale, luxury materials, and natural light transitions (golden hour, twilight).Camera Movement & Stabilization: Masterfully operate full-frame camera setups, gimbals, motorized sliders, and wireless monitoring setups for smooth, deliberate camera motion.Lighting & Sound Setup: Set up continuous interior lighting to balance indoor shadows with bright window views, and manage wireless lavalier/shotgun mic setups for crisp, broadcast-ready audio.Aerial Cinematography: Execute cinematic line-of-sight and FPV drone passes to showcase waterfronts, plot scales, and neighborhood prestige.2. Post-Production, Color & Sound DesignLong-Form & Short-Form Editing: Cut cinematic feature walkthroughs for YouTube and website showcases, alongside fast-paced, hook-driven vertical edits (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).Color Grading & Audio Finishing: Apply advanced Log color grading (DaVinci Resolve) to maintain a consistent filmic aesthetic, and layer custom sound design, audio cleanup, and licensed music.Talent Direction: Direct real estate advisors and on-camera talent during shoots to ensure authoritative, natural, and engaging delivery.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Graphic DesignFraming for Graphics: Plan camera angles in tandem with the Graphic Designer to ensure clean negative space for lower thirds, text overlays, and digital listing graphics.Asset Integration: Incorporate custom brand typography, animated graphic suites, and color-matched overlays provided by the design team into final video exports.Technical Requirements & Production Skill SetSoftware Mastery:Video Editing & Color: Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (advanced color grading) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.Motion & Sound: Working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics, tracking) and Audition / Fairlight (audio cleanup and mixing).Hardware & Gear Expertise:Full-frame cinema camera systems (Sony FX3/FX6, Canon C-series, or equivalent).Gimbal stabilization (DJI RS series), wireless transmitters, studio lighting setups, and multi-channel audio receivers.Drone Certification: Licensed drone operator (GCAA/DCAA certification for flying in Dubai required or in process).QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of dedicated videography and video editing experience with a focus on architecture, ultra-luxury real estate, luxury automotive, or high-fashion lifestyle.Portfolio / Showreel: An outstanding showreel demonstrating sophisticated camera movement, interior light control, professional color grading, clean audio, and trend-conscious short-form edits.Attributes: Strong spatial awareness, speed under tight listing launch deadlines, and an eye for luxury detail.
