Our media team creates high-quality photography and video to showcase our listings and agents.Role DescriptionThe Real Estate Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for photographing and filming The Agency’s real estate listings. This includes property photography, video tours, social media content, and occasional company events.The role is based in Winter Park, FL, with travel throughout Central Florida.Responsibilities* Photograph and video real estate listings.* Create property videos, walkthroughs, and social media content.* Capture high-quality interior, exterior, and lifestyle images.* Operate cameras, lighting, and video equipment.* Organize and deliver media in a timely manner.* Work with agents to understand each property’s marketing needs.* Maintain photography and video equipment.* Assist with Agency events and marketing content when needed.Qualifications* Experience in real estate photography and videography preferred.* Strong photography and video skills.* Knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, and editing software.* Strong eye for composition and detail.* Reliable, organized, and professional.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.* Ability to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
