The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content to showcase residential and commercial properties, company projects, and brand campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating cameras, arranging lighting, capturing interior and exterior footage, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align video content with strategic goals. The Videographer will also edit footage, add basic motion graphics or text overlays, and ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms. The role requires regular on-site property visits and flexibility to work around client and project schedules.QualificationsStrong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and basic post-production.Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of professional Camera equipment.Knowledge of Lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor Shooting Video.Experience capturing real estate or architectural video content is an advantage.Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and property management teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Relevant education or certification in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
