Videographer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that communicates our brand story and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Filming Plan and execute video shoots for a wide range of content including corporate videos, social media content, event coverage, testimonials, and promotional campaigns Operate professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio gear with confidence Scout locations and coordinate logistics for shoots Capture behind-the-scenes, interviews, and live event footage as requiredEditing & Post-Production Edit raw footage into polished, publish-ready videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent) Perform color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and on-screen text integration Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, presentations) Manage and organize video archives and media assetsCreative Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop concepts and storyboards Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content strategies Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production standardsRequirementsExperience & Education Bachelor's degree or diploma in Videography, Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience (preferred) Strong, demonstrable portfolio of video work across different formats and stylesTechnical Skills Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment Expert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is a plus Understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and sound design Experience shooting for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)Core Competencies Strong creative vision and storytelling ability High attention to detail and commitment to quality output Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to feedbackNice to Have Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare clinic Motion graphics and animation skills Photography skills as a complement to videography Experience with live streaming or event productionBenefitsWhat We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Creative freedom and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing brand Collaborative and professional work environment Exposure to high-profile projects and campaigns Career growth opportunities within the organization
