We operate with a strong sense of purpose, creativity, and performance, committed to creating value at every level.As we continue to expand our real estate brokerage division, we are looking for talented professionals who can contribute to building a strong and engaging presence in the UAE real estate market.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, skilled, and highly motivated Videographer with proven experience in the UAE real estate industry to join our brokerage division.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging video content for property listings, social media, digital marketing campaigns, project launches, agent branding, and corporate promotions.The candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate content, social media trends, property videography, and short-form video production, with the ability to transform properties and ideas into visually compelling content.Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Content ProductionShoot high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, communities, developments, and project launches.Create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.Film real estate agents, sales consultants, management, client testimonials, interviews, and corporate events.Capture both interior and exterior property footage professionally.Plan creative video concepts based on property features, target audiences, and marketing objectives.Ensure videos effectively showcase the property's key selling points, lifestyle, location, and amenities.Support the marketing team with video content for new listings, campaigns, launches, and events.Video Editing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into professional, engaging, and platform-ready content.Add transitions, music, graphics, subtitles, text overlays, branding, and other visual elements.Produce content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising platforms.Create both short-form and long-form video content depending on campaign requirements.Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across all video content.Manage and organize video files, raw footage, and completed projects efficiently.Social Media & Creative SupportWork closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative real estate content.Stay updated with the latest real estate video trends, social media trends, reels, and content formats.Suggest creative concepts that can increase engagement, property enquiries, and lead generation.Support agents in creating professional personal-branding and property-promotion videos.Ensure timely delivery of content according to the marketing calendar and business priorities.RequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Media, Film Production, Videography, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.Previous videography experience within the UAE real estate industry is highly preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate/property videography and video editing.Proven ability to shoot professional property walkthroughs and social media content.Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers/gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual presentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots and editing projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate brokerage environment and meet tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.Good communication and teamwork skills.UAE driving licence is an advantage.Key SkillsReal Estate Videography | Property Videography | Video Editing | Property Walkthroughs | Reels | Short-Form Content | Social Media Content | Adobe Premiere Pro | After Effects | DaVinci Resolve | Camera Operation | Lighting | Visual Storytelling | Content Creation | Real Estate Marketing | Digital Marketing | Agent Branding | Creative Direction
