Videographer | 12 month fixed term contract | Abu Dhabi (onsite) | Immediate startWe're looking for an experienced, talented Videographer to own the capture of video content for a major Abu Dhabi client, from pre-production through to handoff for edit.Create. is a strategic, digital creative communications agency building fans by connecting brave regional storytellers with their communities. We partner with the region's nation builders as well as some of the most exciting regional and global brands.You'll report to our Lead Content Creator and work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, Content Creators and Producers. The work runs across studio shoots, documentary-style interviews, branded films, social-first video and live events. You own what happens on set: framing, lighting, sound, and the calls that give editors strong material to cut with.What You'll Do• Lead the end to end capture of video content across studio, location and event shoots• Operate camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema-grade) with real fluency in framing, composition and lighting• Set up and run lighting and sound so production value holds up inside the constraints of the brief• Translate storyboards, scripts and creative briefs into footage that carries the story• Shoot to platform: length, pacing, aspect ratio and tone for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and web• Apply pacing, hook structure and emotional build at the point of capture, not just in the edit• Keep footage libraries, logs, naming conventions and version control clean, and hand off cleanly to editors• Troubleshoot on set and guide other videographers and freelancers on best practice• Use AI where it earns its place: shot list generation, previsualisation, scene planning, supplemental B-roll, always reviewed against brand standardsWhat We're Looking For• 7+ years shooting professional video content in agency, production house or in-house brand environments• A showreel that proves technical precision and a strong eye, across both long-form craft and social-first formats• Deep command of camera, lighting and sound, with the judgement to know what a brief actually needs• Track record leading on set and directing talent, crew and freelancers under time pressure• Fluency in platform behaviour and current visual trends, with a point of view on why a shot works• MENA/GCC experience preferred, government or semi-government exposure a plus• Organised in how you handle, log and hand over footage• Clear communicator who flags issues early and offers solutions in the roomHow we will set you up for success• Rapid onboarding to the client, the brand and the way our creative teams work• Direct access to the Lead Content Creator and discipline leads, with clear decision paths• A creative team that briefs properly and reviews with substance• Regular feedback loops and the chance to shape the visual style of a long-running client relationshipIf this sounds interesting please share your CV and showreel, plus 2 to 3 days/times that work for you for a 30min video call.Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
