ISD provides a dynamic, energetic environment for professionals who are passionate about sports and media.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Dubai. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases ISD’s sports facilities, events, training programs, and community activities. Daily tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio equipment, capturing high-quality footage of live games, training sessions, and promotional content, and collaborating with coaches, athletes, and marketing staff to understand creative briefs. The role also involves organizing and maintaining equipment, managing footage, and working closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure all video assets align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to cover events.QualificationsStrong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.Proficiency in Camera Operation and using different types of Camera equipment for sports and events.Ability to set up and manage Lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.Hands-on experience Shooting Video in fast-paced, action-oriented environments.Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and an eye for composition and movement.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and age groups.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.Relevant qualification or certification in film, media, or a related field is preferred.Experience in sports videography or event coverage is an advantage.Salary: 10,000 AED per month.
