The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that showcases BI Group UAE’s projects, brand stories, and key milestones. Responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots, and capturing video footage at construction sites, corporate events, and marketing campaigns. The role involves collaborating with marketing, communications, and project teams to understand creative briefs, develop visual concepts, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The Videographer will also support post-production tasks such as organizing footage, basic editing, and preparing content for digital channels and presentations.QualificationsStrong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing equipment, and coordinating production workflows.Proficiency in camera operation and camera handling, with the ability to select appropriate settings and lenses for different environments.Experience in shooting video across various formats and locations, including construction sites, corporate settings, and promotional events.Solid understanding of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor video production to ensure clear, visually appealing footage.Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic post-production processes.Basic AI content creation skills required. Understanding of AI-powered content creation tools is essential. Experience with platforms such as Higgsfield, Seedance, Runway, Google Veo 3, ElevenLabs, or similar AI video, image, and voice-generation tools will be a strong advantage.Ability to follow creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of brand and marketing objectives.Previous experience in real estate, construction, or corporate videography in a similar role is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
