Company DescriptionT&N Holdings is hiring a Videographer for one of our companies, KAVO Lagos, a premium restaurant and nightlife destination located in Victoria Island, Lagos. KAVO combines dining, entertainment, and nightlife to deliver an elevated guest experience in a high-energy environment.Role DescriptionThe Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content across our brands, with a focus on professional videography for restaurants, wellness spaces, lounges, hospitality, lifestyle, and events. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility with working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends when required.Key ResponsibilitiesProven experience in professional videography.Must have strong experience using professional cameras and filming equipment.Must have their own professional equipment.Strong eye for quality, composition, lighting and detail.Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights and weekends when required.Experience working with restaurants, wellness spaces, lounges, hospitality, lifestyle or events is an added advantage.Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a lounge, nightclub, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.Experience managing VIP guests and reservations.Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate effectively across service, bar, kitchen, security, and entertainment teams.Basic administrative and computer skills for managing reservations, schedules, and operational documentation.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as required by business needs.How to ApplySend your portfolio to marketing@tandnholdings.com .
