Role Description The Videographer-Content CreatorEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Dubai, UAERole Overview Prime Talent Football Academy is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Videographer to join our team full-time.The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of football and previous experience in sports videography and photography. You will be responsible for capturing the energy, development, and key moments across our training sessions, matches, tournaments, events, and other academy activities.Key Responsibilities* Capture high-quality video and photography during training sessions, matches, tournaments, events, and showcases.* Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, match highlights, player features, and behind-the-scenes content.* Edit videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.* Develop creative content ideas that reflect the Prime Talent brand and football environment.* Capture key match moments, player actions, celebrations, and academy activities.* Produce promotional content for academy programs, campaigns, trials, tournaments, and events.* Stay updated with current football and social media content trends.* Work closely with the academy team to plan and execute content.Requirements* Strong knowledge and understanding of football is essential.* Previous experience in sports videography and photography is required.* Proven experience creating engaging social media content.* Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous sports-related work.* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.* Good knowledge of photography, camera operation, framing, lighting, and composition.* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.* Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and capturing key moments.* Ability to work independently and deliver content within deadlines.* Reliable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced football environment.* Flexibility to attend evening training sessions, weekend matches, tournaments, and events when required.
