Apply & track with Apply EdgeROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a hands-on Videographer / Photographer to capture the beauty of Florose’s flowers, gifts, and brand moments. You will shoot high-quality photo and video content for social media, digital ads, app/web, product catalogues, and campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Visual Production and the creative team, you will bring our premium aesthetic to life on set and in the studio — from styling a single bouquet to capturing full campaign productions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling.Shoot in-studio and on-location, handling lighting, composition, and styling to a premium standard.Capture content optimized for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, app/web).Perform first-pass editing, retouching, and color correction, ensuring output matches Florose’s visual standards before handoff.Collaborate with the Art Director, stylists, and editors to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative.Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and studio equipment.Organize and archive footage and image libraries with clear file management.Keep up with content trends, formats, and shooting techniques relevant to social and e-commerce.REQUIREMENTS4+ years of professional photography and videography experience, ideally in product, food, lifestyle, or e-commerce content.A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both photo and video work.Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, and lighting setups (studio and natural light).Solid editing and retouching skills (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; Capture One a plus).Good eye for composition, color, styling, and detail.Ability to work efficiently across high content volumes and multiple shoots.Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative on set.NICE TO HAVEExperience with flowers, gifts, food, or luxury product photography.Basic motion-graphics or short-form editing skills.Own equipment and/or studio experience.
