The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content for real estate projects, property launches, social media platforms, digital campaigns, events, and corporate branding.The candidate must have strong filming, photography, editing, and post-production skills and be comfortable managing the complete content production process from shooting to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesShoot professional photos and videos for properties, projects, events, interviews, and marketing campaigns.Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, property walkthroughs, and promotional content.Edit and enhance video content for social media and digital advertising platforms.Handle lighting, framing, composition, audio, and camera setup during shoots.Perform video editing, colour correction, transitions, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams on content requirements.Organize and maintain photo and video files and ensure timely delivery of content.Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and AI-based content creation tools.Mandatory Software SkillsCandidates must be proficient in:Final Cut Pro (FCP)Adobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsCapCutHiggsfield AIRequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in videography, photography, and video editing.Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and videography work.Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.Excellent video editing and post-production skills.Experience producing content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Strong creative sense and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple shoots and editing deadlines.UAE real estate experience will be highly preferred.Important: Candidates must submit a portfolio/showreel along with their application.
