Across Reliant Surveyors Dubai, Reliant Real Estate Valuation Services, ValuNXT Corporate Services and ValuNXT Capital Advisory, the group serves banks, developers, auditors, lawyers, family offices and government entities, covering valuation, brokerage, advisory, accounting and corporate services.Role OverviewThis is an end to end production role covering content for the whole group. You will shoot, edit, grade and deliver, taking each piece from brief to published asset without handing off to anyone else. Expect property shoots across the Emirates, partner and team interviews, event coverage, market commentary and corporate photography. The audience includes bank credit teams, developers and government clients, so polish matters more than trend-chasing.Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Photography

• Shoot property walkthroughs, interviews, events and corporate pieces on location and in office, capturing enough b-roll to support multiple edits.
• Set up and operate camera, lighting and audio to a professional standard, and direct partners, staff and clients so they look and sound confident on camera.
• Plan shoots against the brief, including location scouting, scheduling, permissions and building access.
• Produce property, corporate headshot, team and event photography, retouched and colour-corrected to a consistent group standard.Editing & Post-Production
• Edit to final delivery standard, including colour grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, lower thirds and titles in line with brand guidelines.
• Deliver multiple cuts and aspect ratios from each shoot for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website and presentation use, with bilingual subtitles where required.
• Manage concurrent edits and review rounds within agreed turnaround times.Brand, Assets & Working Practice
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all four entities and work to the group content calendar.
• Maintain organised project files, a searchable image library, footage backups and version control, and look after all equipment.
• Travel across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, occasionally working outside standard hours with time off in lieu in accordance with UAE law and company policy.
• Observe confidentiality at client sites and confirm consent before filming or photographing identifiable individuals.Candidate ProfileEssential
• Minimum 3 years of professional videography, photography and editing experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• A portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Applications without one will not be considered.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom, or equivalent professional tools.
• Strong command of camera, lighting and audio, with sound judgement on what looks credible in a B2B and financial services setting.
• Experience producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Valid UAE driving license and good spoken and written English.Desirable
• Real estate interior and exterior shooting experience, drone operation with a valid UAE drone license and knowledge of GCAA requirements, Arabic for bilingual subtitling, and own professional camera equipment.Compensation & Benefits
