House of Orange is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage and investment firm. We're hiring a full-time Videographer to own video production end to end — property tours, agent personal brand content, project launches, and social media reels. You'll shoot, edit, and deliver content that sells properties and builds our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality property videos: apartments, villas, off-plan show units, and developer projects across DubaiFilm and produce agent personal brand content — talking-head videos, lifestyle reels, market updatesEdit all footage in Adobe Premiere Pro: color grading, sound design, pacing built for social retentionCreate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and animated intros/outros in Adobe After EffectsDeliver platform-ready formats (9:16 reels, 16:9 YouTube, stories) with fast turnaround — same-day or next-day edits for time-sensitive listingsManage the full production pipeline: shot planning, filming, editing, exporting, and organizing raw footage archivesWork with the marketing team and agents on content calendars and shoot schedulesMaintain and manage camera gear, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipmentRequirements2+ years of videography experience, ideally in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle contentStrong portfolio — property tours and short-form social content required (send links with your application)Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (editing, grading, sound) and Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, tracking, compositing)Confident shooting solo: camera operation, gimbal work, framing, natural and artificial lightingUnderstanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok — hooks, pacing, captionsAble to handle multiple shoots per week across Dubai with tight deadlinesUAE driving license preferred; drone certification (or willingness to obtain) a plusAvailable immediately or on short noticeWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience) + visa + equipment providedHigh-volume, fast-growth environment — your work gets published daily, not shelvedDirect access to leadership; creative input welcomed, not just executionTo Apply Send your CV and portfolio/showreel link.
