Job Summary We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer / Video Editor to produce high-quality video content that enhances brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports marketing and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering compelling video content across digital platforms while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve production efficiency, content quality, and storytelling.Key Responsibilities Video shooting & ProductionPlan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and corporate communications.Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilization tools.Capture interviews, promotional videos, testimonials, events, and branded content.Ensure all footage meets brand standards and creative objectives.Video Editing & Post-Production Edit videos for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites. Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.Perform color correction, color grading, sound design, audio enhancement, and motion graphics. Add captions, animations, visual effects, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement.Deliver content in multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for each platform.Experience2+ years of experience in videography and video editing.Proven portfolio showcasing commercial, social media, corporate, or branded content.Experience producing content for digital marketing campaigns.Experience using AI-powered content creation and video editing tools is required.Real estate industry experience is an advantage.Technical SkillsAdobe Premiere ProAdobe After EffectsAdobe PhotoshopAdobe AuditionCamera operation and lighting techniquesAI-powered creative tools such as: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo or other emerging AI video and content creation platforms.
