In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-end service to VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable beach club experience. This role focuses on anticipating guest needs, coordinating services, and providing seamless, discreet, and attentive service in a luxury beachfront environment.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Provide dedicated, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring all preferences and expectations are met.Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored services.Welcome and escort VIP guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences and history where applicable.Coordinate food and beverage orders, cabana service, and special requests.Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Arrange special setups such as celebrations, private dining, or exclusive experiences.Ensure VIP areas (cabanas, lounges, beach beds) are set up to the highest standards.Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of assigned areas.Ensure all service standards and luxury brand expectations are consistently met.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.Build strong relationships with repeat and high-profile guests.Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.Promote premium offerings, signature beverages, and exclusive experiences.Support revenue generation through personalized recommendations.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.Follow company policies and procedures at all times.Have what it takes to join our team?The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or high-end F&B service.Previous experience in butler service or VIP guest handling is highly preferred.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and anticipation of guest needsProfessional, discreet, and well-groomed appearanceExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong coordination and organizational abilitiesFlexibility to work outdoors, shifts, weekends, and public holidaysAbout the BenefitsWe offer a competitive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
