Role DescriptionA VIP Driver / Limousine Driver provides safe, discreet, and professional transportation services for VIP clients, executives, corporate guests, and private customers. The role ensures a high standard of punctuality, comfort, vehicle presentation, and personalized service.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport VIP clients and passengers to designated locations.Provide professional, courteous, and discreet service at all times.Follow scheduled routes, appointments, airport transfers, and travel arrangements.Maintain the limousine or assigned vehicle in a clean, comfortable, and premium condition.Conduct daily vehicle safety and condition checks.Monitor fuel, mileage, servicing, and maintenance requirements.Use GPS and navigation systems to plan efficient routes.Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings when required.Monitor traffic and adjust routes to avoid delays.Maintain accurate trip logs, schedules, and transportation records.Coordinate with executives, personal assistants, hotels, offices, airports, and event organizers.Report accidents, vehicle faults, delays, or safety concerns promptly.Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety procedures.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger information, schedules, and business activities.Support corporate events, meetings, airport transfers, and special transportation arrangements.QualificationsValid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.Previous VIP, executive, limousine, or professional driving experience is preferred.Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and navigation.Clean and responsible driving record.Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is advantageous.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Flexible to work different schedules when required.Professional, polite, well presented, and safety-conscious.Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, comfort, discretion, and premium passenger service.
