Role DescriptionA VIP Driver / Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, discreet, and professional transportation services to VIP clients, executives, senior management, corporate guests, and other high-profile passengers. The role ensures exceptional passenger service, punctual transportation, vehicle presentation, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable traffic and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services for VIP clients, executives, and authorized passengers.Drive passengers to airports, hotels, residences, offices, business meetings, events, restaurants, and other destinations.Operate luxury vehicles, limousines, premium sedans, SUVs, and other assigned vehicles safely and professionally.Plan efficient routes and use GPS and navigation systems to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrival.Maintain excellent knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, business districts, landmarks, and major destinations.Provide airport pick-up, drop-off, meet-and-greet, and executive transfer services when required.Monitor passenger schedules, flight information, appointments, and transportation arrangements.Assist passengers with luggage, personal belongings, and vehicle entry or exit in a courteous manner.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger identities, schedules, locations, conversations, and personal information.Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, comfort, and premium presentation of the assigned vehicle.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report mechanical, safety, or maintenance issues.Coordinate vehicle servicing, cleaning, detailing, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.Ensure vehicles are properly equipped with required safety equipment and passenger amenities.Communicate professionally with executive assistants, security personnel, hotel staff, airport representatives, event coordinators, and other stakeholders.Handle traffic congestion, route changes, delays, schedule adjustments, and unexpected transportation requirements professionally.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and transportation-related expenses.Follow all applicable traffic laws, road-safety requirements, company procedures, and security protocols.Maintain a professional appearance, personal hygiene, courteous manner, and high level of customer service.Support corporate events, executive travel, airport transfers, special occasions, and VIP transportation assignments.Remain flexible and available for extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and on-call assignments when required.Perform additional transportation and VIP-support duties as assigned.QualificationsValid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and jurisdiction.Previous experience as a VIP Driver, Limousine Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur, Private Driver, or similar position is preferred.Experience operating luxury vehicles, premium sedans, SUVs, or limousines is advantageous.Clean driving record with strong knowledge of defensive and safe driving practices.Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, airports, hotels, business districts, and major destinations.Strong navigation and GPS skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.Professional appearance, courteous manner, and polished personal presentation.Strong punctuality, reliability, time-management, and organizational abilities.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professional boundaries.Good knowledge of vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, safety procedures, and vehicle-care practices.Ability to remain calm, professional, and service-oriented under pressure.Ability to work flexible and irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and on-call assignments.Ability to assist passengers with luggage and provide additional support when required.Professional, trustworthy, discreet, responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious.Strong commitment to VIP customer service, passenger safety, punctuality, confidentiality, vehicle presentation, professionalism, and premium transportation standards.
