Role DescriptionA VIP Driver / Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, discreet, and high-quality transportation services to VIP clients, executives, corporate guests, and other passengers. The role ensures passengers receive punctual, comfortable, and reliable transportation while maintaining excellent customer service, confidentiality, vehicle presentation, and road-safety standards. The position may involve airport transfers, corporate transportation, business appointments, events, hotel transfers, and other scheduled journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, punctual, professional, and comfortable transportation to VIP clients, executives, guests, and passengers.Drive passengers to airports, hotels, offices, residences, business meetings, events, restaurants, and other destinations as required.Maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and customer service at all times.Plan routes and monitor traffic, road conditions, weather, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrivals.Use GPS, navigation applications, traffic-management tools, and other approved technologies to optimize journeys.Arrive at designated pick-up locations on time and assist passengers with boarding and luggage when appropriate.Provide airport meet-and-greet, airport transfer, hotel transfer, and executive transportation services where required.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers, travel schedules, destinations, business activities, personal information, and other sensitive matters.Maintain professional communication with clients while respecting their privacy and preferences.Ensure the vehicle is clean, polished, comfortable, properly equipped, and presented to a high professional standard.Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, lights, fluids, fuel levels, safety equipment, and general vehicle condition.Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, traffic incidents, or safety concerns promptly.Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related requirements.Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, expenses, and vehicle usage.Follow all applicable traffic laws, road-safety requirements, company procedures, and transportation regulations.Drive defensively and responsibly while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort.Assist passengers with luggage, personal belongings, vehicle entry and exit, and other reasonable transportation-related needs.Maintain awareness of passenger preferences, preferred routes, schedules, destinations, and service requirements.Coordinate with executive assistants, personal assistants, dispatchers, hotel staff, security teams, event organizers, and other relevant personnel.Monitor flight schedules and adjust airport-pickup arrangements when required.Maintain readiness for changes to schedules, destinations, routes, and transportation requirements.Provide transportation support for corporate events, conferences, meetings, delegations, and special occasions.Handle unexpected delays, route changes, vehicle issues, and other transportation challenges calmly and professionally.Maintain appropriate professional appearance, including suitable attire and personal presentation.Ensure all required driving licenses, permits, vehicle documents, insurance documents, and certifications remain valid.Assist with basic vehicle security and ensure the vehicle is parked safely and appropriately.Ensure passenger belongings are handled carefully and returned promptly if left in the vehicle.Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients, schedules, journeys, expenses, and transportation activities.Support company transportation policies, service standards, security procedures, and VIP-service protocols.Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, punctuality, passenger experience, vehicle condition, and service quality.Maintain current knowledge of local roads, major destinations, airports, hotels, business districts, traffic conditions, and relevant transportation regulations.Contribute to continuous improvement of passenger safety, punctuality, comfort, confidentiality, vehicle standards, customer service, and overall transportation quality.QualificationsValid UAE driving license appropriate for the vehicle category is required.Previous experience as a VIP Driver, Limousine Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur, Personal Driver, or similar position is preferred.Professional driving experience with luxury vehicles, executive vehicles, limousines, or premium transportation services is advantageous.Excellent knowledge of UAE roads, major destinations, airports, hotels, business districts, and key locations.Strong understanding of UAE traffic laws, road-safety requirements, and defensive-driving practices.Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on passenger safety, comfort, and punctuality.Good knowledge of GPS, navigation systems, traffic applications, and route-planning tools.Strong communication, interpersonal, customer-service, and professional etiquette skills.Ability to communicate effectively with VIP clients, executives, corporate guests, hotel personnel, assistants, and other stakeholders.High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive passenger and business information.Strong punctuality, reliability, time-management, and organizational skills.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, including during traffic delays, schedule changes, or unexpected situations.Good knowledge of vehicle inspection, basic maintenance, cleanliness, and safety procedures.Ability to maintain accurate journey, mileage, fuel, expense, and vehicle records.Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and excellent personal presentation.Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments where required.Ability to manage changing schedules, multiple destinations, airport transfers, business meetings, and special transportation requests.First-aid or defensive-driving certification is advantageous.Experience working with corporate executives, high-profile clients, hotels, luxury
