Role DescriptionA VIP Driver / Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, punctual, and discreet transportation services for VIP clients, executives, guests, and corporate customers. The role ensures a comfortable and high-quality travel experience while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for VIP clients and guests.Drive luxury vehicles, limousines, and company vehicles responsibly.Pick up and drop off passengers according to scheduled times and locations.Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions.Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct.Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requirements.Keep vehicles clean, comfortable, presentable, and roadworthy.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.Coordinate with clients, executives, assistants, hotels, offices, and dispatch teams.Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and vehicle records.Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.Handle schedule changes, delays, and unexpected situations professionally.Provide excellent customer service, punctuality, safety, comfort, and professionalism.QualificationsValid UAE Driving License with the appropriate vehicle category.Previous experience as a VIP Driver, Limousine Driver, Chauffeur, Executive Driver, or similar role.Good knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and UAE roads and major locations is advantageous.Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road-safety practices.Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.Excellent punctuality, reliability, discretion, and communication.Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge.Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.Clean driving record is preferred.Professional, courteous, responsible, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
