Role DescriptionA VIP Driver / Limousine Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, punctual, and discreet transportation services to VIPs, executives, corporate clients, and guests. The role ensures a high standard of customer service while maintaining vehicle safety, cleanliness, comfort, and operational readiness in accordance with UAE traffic regulations and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional transportation services for VIPs, executives, corporate clients, and guests.Safely operate luxury vehicles, limousines, and other assigned vehicles.Perform scheduled airport transfers, hotel transfers, business trips, events, and private journeys.Arrive on time for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs.Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrivals.Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality.Assist passengers with luggage, personal belongings, and vehicle entry and exit when required.Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, comfort, and presentation of the vehicle.Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.Coordinate with clients, executives, hotels, offices, dispatch teams, and transportation coordinators.Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, maintenance, and vehicle-use records.Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving policies, and passenger safety requirements.Handle changes to schedules, routes, pickup locations, and passenger requirements professionally.Respond appropriately to delays, traffic issues, vehicle problems, and unexpected situations.Ensure passenger safety, comfort, privacy, and a consistently high level of service.Support vehicle servicing, maintenance appointments, inspections, and operational readiness.Contribute to safe driving, punctual service, customer satisfaction, vehicle standards, and professional transportation operations.QualificationsValid UAE Driving License appropriate for the assigned vehicle.Previous experience as a VIP Driver, Limousine Driver, Chauffeur, Executive Driver, or similar role is preferred.Experience driving luxury vehicles and providing services to VIP or corporate clients is advantageous.Strong knowledge of UAE roads, highways, major hotels, airports, business districts, and key locations.Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and defensive driving.Clean driving record and good understanding of UAE traffic regulations.Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and excellent customer-service skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.High level of confidentiality, discretion, reliability, and punctuality.Ability to use GPS, navigation systems, mobile applications, and digital dispatch platforms.Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Ability to remain calm and professional in traffic, emergencies, and unexpected situations.Flexible to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, or extended hours when required.Professional, responsible, well-presented, disciplined, and customer-focused.Strong commitment to passenger safety, punctuality, confidentiality, vehicle care, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
