VIP Executive (FT & PT)

About the roleThe VIP Executive is responsible for assisting the VIP Manager with the overall operational performance of the VIP team. This includes working closely with operations, marketing and all other channels to effectively deliver a market differentiated high energy atmosphere of fun and exceptional guest experience to all guests, with a specific focus on VVIP & VIP guests.Key responsibilitiesAssist with aspects of VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling, staffing and other administrative tasksHelp create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of lifeEstablish relationships with guests and make each one feel valuedManage payments and beginning/end time for VIP guestsArrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and eventsExpand nightly events through personal communication and marketing effortsBuild, nurture and grow sustainable relationships with the key client baseAssist with the recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses, promoter girls and bottle service crewBuilding and managing a core VIP managing team, with particular focus on delivering Zouk's differentiated value proposition to the privileged guestsPromote special club events to customersAbout youWell-groomed and professional dispositionService orientated, friendly and good interpersonal skillsGood command of written and spoken EnglishAble to communicate with all levelsGood leadership, performance management and coaching skillsAt least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
