Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable VIP/HNW passenger service with warmth and discretion
- Prepare and maintain the cabin to the highest luxury standards
- Provide premium food & beverage service, including fine dining and table presentation
- Anticipate passenger preferences and provide highly personalized service
- Maintain exceptional grooming, etiquette and professional standards
- Assist with pre-flight and post-flight cabin preparation
- Handle special requests with flexibility and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security procedures
