VIP Guest Relations & Client Experience – Dubai

We are seeking high-calibre Client Experience Professionals for a leading international organisation in Dubai. Working as part of a highly professional client-facing team, these roles will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional experience for VIP guests, senior executives and international clientele — from first contact and personalised assistance to visit coordination, guest relations and premium service delivery.Relocation to Dubai is required.The opportunity is particularly relevant for candidates with backgrounds in VIP passenger services, private aviation, premium airport services, luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge services, cabin crew or other high-end customer experience environments.Role Purpose:The purpose of these roles is to create a seamless, discreet and consistently high-quality experience for the organisation’s most important guests and clients.Successful candidates will combine strong interpersonal judgement with a refined service mindset, representing the organisation with confidence and professionalism while anticipating individual needs and coordinating effectively across internal teams.Depending on each candidate’s background, experience and strengths, different client-facing opportunities within the organisation may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a seamless and highly professional experience for VIP guests, senior executives and international clients throughout their journey.Act as a trusted point of contact, providing personalised, attentive and discreet support based on individual requirements.Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests or changing circumstances calmly and efficiently.Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of meetings, visits, events and related arrangements.Build positive and professional relationships with guests while maintaining appropriate boundaries and discretion.Represent the organisation to a consistently high standard in every client-facing interaction.Handle sensitive information, requests and interactions with the highest level of confidentiality.Maintain composure and sound judgement in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.Contribute flexibly to broader guest experience and client-facing activities where required.Must-Have Qualifications:Proven experience in a premium, high-touch or client-facing service environment.Excellent command of English, with polished and confident communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage comfortably with VIPs, senior executives and international clientele.A highly developed service mindset, with exceptional attention to detail.Strong cultural awareness and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.Calm, adaptable and solutions-oriented approach, particularly under pressure.Flexibility regarding working requirements when business needs demand it.Genuine willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai and be based in the UAE.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Experience in one or more of the following environments would be particularly relevant:VVIP / VIP Passenger ServicesPrivate or Business AviationPremium Airport ServicesLuxury Hotels and HospitalityGuest Relations / Guest ExperienceConcierge ServicesPremium Travel or Lifestyle ServicesCabin Crew / Premium Airline ServicesPrevious private aviation experience is not mandatory.
