A private Family Office is seeking an experienced VIP Helicopter Captain for a yacht-based operation aboard a superyacht, operating on a dual-season basis between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. This is a newly established operation offering the opportunity to help shape it from the ground up.The Role Single-pilot and multi-crew VIP/VVIP flying for the owner, family, and guests (Airbus H135)Deck landings (day and night) on the yacht's helipad, plus operations at private and public locations across both cruising regionsClose coordination with the yacht's captain, crew and shore-side operations teamFull responsibility for flight safety, operational standards and passenger experience at the highest level of discretionRoster3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, though in practice flexible around operational need — off time coordinated directly with the operating captain team rather than a rigid fixed pattern.RequirementsATPL(H), current type rating or ability to obtain oneMinimum 3,000+ total flight hours, meaningful twin-engine and deck-landing experiencePrior VIP, yacht-based, or comparable high-standards operational background strongly preferredClass 1 medical, fluent EnglishBased in Europe; flexible to reposition between the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons
