VIP Ops Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

We’re looking for an VIP Ops Executive to join our team and help maintain our VIP Portfolio network in Malaysia.What You’ll DoManage and support users through daily operational activities. Monitor user activity, engagement, and feedback on the platform. Handle user inquiries, issues, and complaints, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them. Build and maintain good relationships with key users and active communities. Identify user needs and provide appropriate solutions to improve user experience. Support user campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives. Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with internal teams to follow up on user-related issues and operational matters. Monitor key operational metrics and provide regular updates and reports. What We’re Looking ForFluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). Experience in User Operations, Community Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar role is preferred. Good understanding of user engagement and online community operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable working with operational targets and KPIs. Experience in social media, livestreaming, entertainment, gaming, or mobile apps is a plus.
