VIP Relationship Manager

The Role We are looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to lead our CIS or MENA market expansion. You will own a portfolio of high‑value trading accounts, drive VIP upgrades, and proactively bring in new VIP clients from your existing network. This is a sales‑driven account management role.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for VIP clients, handling daily inquiries, product guidance, and trading support.Proactively prospect and onboard new VIP users – leverage your existing network to bring immediate value.Drive VIP tier upgrades using Toobit’s status‑match program (clients can transfer their existing tier from other exchanges).Grow revenue from your account portfolio by deepening relationships and cross‑selling Toobit’s spot, futures, and copy‑trading products.Monitor market trends and competitor activity; feed insights to product and growth teams to sharpen our VIP offerings.Job Requirements2‑3 years of VIP/key‑account sales/operations experience at a top exchange are preferred. Proven VIP client resources in the CIS/MENA market – ready accounts to be onboarded is preferred Strong communication in English and local languages Strong client relationship management, with a commercial mindset and a track record of meeting revenue targets.Analytical, data‑driven, and comfortable with multiple priorities.Able to travel especially to participate in regional events and business trips across CIS/MENA/SEA as needed.Nice to HaveKnowledge of trading systems/API.Experience with institutional clients or brokers.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
