Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for a polished and attentive VIP Waitress to deliver an exceptional service experience to our VIP guests, combining precision, warmth, and discretion across our day-to-night service.Key Responsibilities:Deliver attentive, high-standard food and beverage service to VIP tables, cabanas, and sunbeds.Anticipate guest needs and maintain a proactive, discreet presence throughout service.Coordinate closely with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management to ensure seamless VIP table flow.Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, and hosts to enhance repeat visits.Maintain immaculate table presentation and setup throughout service, including resets during the day-to-night transition.Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress/Server within luxury hotels, beach clubs, or high-end hospitality venues.Strong understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.Ability to remain composed and attentive during high-volume, fast-paced peak periods.Elegant, guest-facing presence and grooming standard.Good English communication skills; French, or Russian an advantage given the clientele.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
