At Strike School, we are committed to empowering families and students with tailored support to enrich at-home learning.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a US-Certified Virtual 9-12 Learning Coach for a remote, part-time, contract (1099) role. The Learning Coach will support and guide students and families as they navigate their personalized online education journey. Daily responsibilities include delivering training and development sessions, coaching students to achieve academic goals, and collaborating with families to customize learning plans. Additionally, the coach will assist in curriculum development to align with individual student needs and educational standards.QualificationsAbility to support all subjects for high school students, with a minimum requirement for Geometry.Experience serving students & families outside of the traditional education system.Strong skills in Coaching and Communication to effectively guide students and collaborate with familiesExperience in Training & Development, with a focus on educational methodologiesCompetence in Curriculum Development and deliveryAbility to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of professionalismActive US Teaching CertificationFamiliarity with virtual learning platforms and toolsPassion for supporting students with diverse learning needsA Master's degree or aboveAt least two years of teaching or coaching experience is strongly preferredPlease visit this link to learn more: https://strikeschool.org/join-our-team/
