Location: 2nd floor, 27C Quoc Huong, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamPosition type: Full-timeSalary: Negotiable, based on experienceResponsibilities and dutiesAssist the Australian Partners with daily administrative and Personal Assistant duties, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of correspondence, reports, and other documents.Coordinate meeting bookings and manage calendar scheduling.Contact clients via phone and email to obtain required information and documentation, action items, and maintain effective communication.Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional, responsive, and timely communication.Accurately enter, update, and maintain client and business data across relevant systems and databases.Monitor outstanding tasks, deadlines, and client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.Prepare itineraries, meeting packs, agendas, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.Email internal and external stakeholders as required by the Australian Partners.Conduct daily check-ins with the Australian Partners to track priorities, tasks, and follow-up actions.Perform other duties as required.Skills and qualificationsExcellent English written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritise workloads.Pro-active and self-motivated.High level of interpersonal skills.Ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work as part of the team as well as independently.High degree of professionalism is required.Proven organisation and administrative skills.Attention to detail.Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
