Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole Description The Virtual Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Partner will serve as a strategic HR leader, providing part-time executive-level guidance across TchristFoM divisions. This is an on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, working closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating HR policies, overseeing talent management initiatives, and guiding performance management frameworks. The CHRO Partner will advise on complex employee relations issues, support workforce planning, and drive HR best practices that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. The role also involves mentoring HR teams, monitoring compliance with local labor regulations, and contributing to change management and organizational development efforts.Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations, including strategic HR planning and HR governance.Ability to design, implement, and update HR policies that align with organizational and regulatory requirements.Experience in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, engagement, and communication with diverse teams.Proven expertise in talent management, including recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.Demonstrated capability in performance management, including setting objectives, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement.Extensive experience in senior HR leadership or CHRO-level roles, ideally within multi-sector or large conglomerate environments.Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in the United Arab Emirates and the wider region.Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.Proven ability to work in partnership-based cultures, with a focus on collaboration, ethics, and high-quality service delivery.
