Job Title: Virtual Presence Coach (1 Position)About the JobWe are seeking a creative, insightful, and experienced Virtual Presence Coach to help shape the communication style, emotional presence, and on-screen performance of AI-powered digital humans, virtual characters, avatars, and conversational agents. The successful candidate will develop coaching methodologies that enable digital personalities to project confidence, authenticity, empathy, and engagement across virtual environments. This is a hands-on role working closely with AI engineers, conversation designers, character artists, voice specialists, animators, writers, UX designers, and product teams to create compelling digital human experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of virtual presence methodologies for AI-powered digital humans, virtual actors, avatars, and interactive characters.Coach multidisciplinary teams on digital communication, emotional presence, body language, facial expression, and audience engagement.Collaborate with AI engineers, conversation designers, writers, animators, and voice artists to enhance the authenticity and consistency of digital personalities.Develop communication frameworks, personality guidelines, behavioral standards, and virtual presentation best practices.Evaluate digital human interactions and recommend improvements for realism, confidence, emotional intelligence, and user engagement.Support the creation of character biographies, communication styles, presentation strategies, and interaction principles.Research emerging trends in digital communication, virtual production, behavioral psychology, AI-powered conversations, storytelling, and immersive experiences.Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, creative reviews, and training programs for internal teams and project stakeholders.Monitor user feedback and interaction quality to continuously refine virtual presence strategies.Contribute to innovative approaches that improve trust, credibility, and emotional connection between users and AI-powered digital humans.QualificationsMinimum BA/MA in Performing Arts, Communications, Theatre, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Education, Business Communication, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.At least 3–5 years of professional experience in coaching, public speaking, acting, communication training, presentation skills, digital media, or related fields.Strong understanding of communication psychology, storytelling, emotional intelligence, audience engagement, and performance techniques.Experience working with digital humans, conversational AI, virtual production, animation, gaming, XR, or interactive media is highly desirable.Knowledge of AI technologies, conversational design, large language models, or digital character development is an advantage.Excellent coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal, observational, and analytical abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary creative and technical teams.Experience designing workshops, coaching programs, or communication training curricula.Portfolio or track record demonstrating successful coaching, communication development, or digital performance projects.Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the communication and virtual presence of next-generation AI-powered digital humans.A collaborative team of AI specialists, designers, performers, developers, researchers, writers, and creative professionals.Competitive compensation and access to advanced AI technologies, virtual production tools, and creative resources.Opportunities to work on innovative projects involving conversational AI, digital humans, immersive experiences, gaming, XR, and virtual storytelling.Professional development, industry visibility, and opportunities to contribute to emerging standards in virtual communication and AI-driven human interaction.A flexible, creative, and innovation-driven working environment that values collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning.How to ApplyPlease submit the following to farhang@parsikia.ir with the subject line “Virtual Presence Coach”:1.
