The person in this position will assist clients with visa requirements, explain application procedures, and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client profiles, advising on suitable visa options, preparing and checking forms, coordinating supporting documents, and managing appointment bookings with embassies and consulates. The Visa Advisor will also follow up on application statuses, communicate updates to clients, and maintain detailed records in internal systems. This role involves frequent client interaction, both in person and via phone and email, requiring clear communication, professional service, and attention to detail.QualificationsStrong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex visa processes in a clear, professional manner.Excellent organizational and administrative skills for managing documentation, appointment scheduling, and application tracking.Analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing eligibility, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements.Previous experience in visa processing, travel services, immigration support, or a related field is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
